Polish-Romanian Solidarity Day

On 3 March 2026, we celebrate "Polish-Romanian Solidarity Day”. Established at the initiative of the Diplomacies of the two states, Romanian-Polish Solidarity Day" is a landmark moment of the bilateral calendar, with a deep symbolic meaning, a reflection of the historical friendship between the two states and the common commitment to strengthen the bilateral Strategic Partnership. The two states remain in solidarity and reaffirm their mutual commitment to supporting and strengthening regional resilience, of Euro-Atlantic identity, protecting democracy, promoting peace and respecting fundamental rights, in accordance with the rules of international law.

On this occasion, The Embassy of Poland in Bucharest together with the Cultural Institute organized a vibrant jazz program at the George Enescu Philharmonic, classical music and original compositions, performed with sophistication by the Atom String Quartet, along with their special guest, the pianist Cătălin Răducanu.

At the Royal Castle in Warsaw, in the presence of many distinguished guests, the romanian quartet Arcadia Quartet will also perform.
